Golden Ticket Slot Review
With a name like Golden Ticket you'd expect to be playing a slot based on Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. However there's no sign of Willy Wonka in this Play'N Go game. Instead you're welcomed to all the fun of the fair where there are olden day clowns, strongmen and ringmasters waiting to reap rewards upon you.
Golden Ticket 2 slots review including playing tips and the best casino bonuses available. It's been a long time coming but Play N Go have finally released a sequel to their circus-themed online slot Golden Ticket; it's called Golden Ticket 2 and it retains the same arcade-style gameplay but shakes up the bonus features. Golden Ticket 2 slot runs on Play’n GO software and features 5 reels and 20 paylines. This is a circus-themed slot which is a sequel to the original game. The game underwent some overhaul in the visual department, features and there was some fine tuning of the win potential.
Golden Ticket is different to most slots. It's played on a 5x5 grid. The reels don't spin, instead blocks featuring various icons fall in to view. Match three or more symbols and you not only do you get a win, but the icons explode - and drop down. You also collect a Golden Ticket which acts as a wild. Clear the screen and you're collecting a prize whilst a bonus round awaits if the word bonus appears under the cleared boxes.
- Play N 'Go released the first edition of the game Golden ticket in 2014, now they are back again with the sequel Golden ticket 2. The slot machine has 5-reels and 5-rows, with 20 paylines. When it comes to the amount you can bet, it has now been raised to a Min.bet of 0.2 and a Max.bet of 100.
- Golden Ticket 2 Slot is an improved version of the original Golden Ticket with better-looking graphics and animations. It also has additional characters that can keep you busy throughout your game sessions. There is the enigmatic Ringmaster as well as the sharpshooting knife thrower which can help you form winning combinations.
- Golden Ticket 2 - free spins Play’n GO has given the features a vigorous shakeup and now revolves around multiplier wilds, Win Spins and free spins. To the left of the grid is a 3 segment meter that is filled when premium wins occur. Wins consisting of 3, 4, or 5 symbols fill 1, 2, or 3 segments of the meter respectively.
Duck Shoot Style Bonus Round
Golden Ticket can be played for 20p, £1, £2, £10 and £40 a spin. An autoplay option allows you to sit back and relax whilst the game plays. Visually the game looks great and encapsulates the Victorian age fairs with it's sights and sounds. The presence of a clown rocking back and forth during play may not be to everyone's taste but unlike Pennywise he's harmless!
As mentioned, if you do manage to clear a column and reveal the word 'bonus' then you're into a special feature of the game. This is a duck shoot style game where you win cash based on the symbols that appear on screen. There's no interaction involved which is disappointing and it's a tad fast and confusing. We'd have liked this part of the slot to be better!
Just The Ticket
Golden Ticket however did hold our interest despite the disappointing bonus round. When the boxes start to clear and you get multiple wins then the cash prize starts to mount up - for example we won over £15 on a 20p spin. Whilst we didn't clear all the boxes we did manage to activate the bonus round.
This Play'N Go game is available at Spin And Win and Magical Vegas. If you fancy a change from the usual spinning slots then this is just the ticket.
